Meet Lizzie
Lizzie has spent most of her career in the footwear and outdoor industries, sharing her passion for getting people outside and active. Whether it's the trail or the mah jong table, she's always chasing the same thing: connection and community.
Earlier this year, during a stressful stretch of life, Lizzie learned mah jong and fell hard for it. The game, the people, the community it builds. After teaching 30+ people, she's decided to extend her small format style around Indianapolis, bringing more people to the table. Now you'll find her hosting games as often as she can, spoiling her rescue golden Ruby, and enthusiastically sharing whatever she's currently obsessed with.

Answered
What kind of Mahjong do you play/teach?
I teach American Mahjong utilizing the NMJL card
Is it hard?
Everyone catches on at their own pace, I like to say after your first 2 hours you will have a good idea how to play, and a couple more guided play sessions and you’ll be ready for your first league.
What do I need to play?
For Lessons and guided play I bring everything you need. If you want to start hosting on your own you’ll need a tile set, mat, pushers & NMJL cards.
