Learn to play American Mahjong the right way: at your own table, at your own pace. I'll come to you with everything you need to play, cards, tiles, racks, and a full lesson designed for four players.
In about 3 hours, you'll go from "what's a Crak?" to playing full hands with confidence. This is hands-on, one table at a time, so everyone gets real attention and real reps in.
What's included:
Instruction for up to 8 players
All game supplies (tiles, racks, everything you need)
2.5-3 hours of coaching, straight through the rules, strategy, and real gameplay
We will me breaking in Cassie’s brand new Mahjong room in Meridian Kessler, exact address to be emailed to participants.
Join us at Upland on Thursday, 11/5 at 6:30 for a Guided Play session! We’ll be right there to help you set up your table, pick a line, talk strategy, and answer any questions along the way. If you’ve taken a 101 class and just want a little more hands-on help, this one is perfect for you. We’ll bring everything you need to play, so just bring yourself (and a friend!).

Greater Indianapolis. I will travel up to 60 minutes, but anything outside of 465 will incur some additional expense to cover travel.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form —we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

I will bring an entire tablescape (tiles, mat, racks, dice, dice dish) and a table if needed. Also, included in the lesson each person will get their NMJL card and printed resources for reference post class.
