Welcome to Indy Mahj Club ("Indy Mahj Club," "we," "us," or "our")! We host mahjong pop-ups, lessons, and meetups around Indianapolis. By buying a ticket, signing up for an event, or joining us at the table, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Who We Are
Indy Mahj Club is a come-as-you-are mahjong community. Brand new to the game or a seasoned player, you belong here. We host events at partner venues around town, so each night may look a little different.
Tickets & Registration
Tickets and spots are reserved through www.Indymahjclub.com. Seats are limited and go first come, first served. Please give us accurate contact info so we can reach you with updates. Plans sometimes shift, so we may adjust dates, times, locations, or event details. If that happens, we'll let you know as soon as we can.
Payments
All prices are in USD and may change for future events. Payment is due when you register unless we say otherwise. Your ticket covers what's listed for that event (for example, a lesson, table time, or a snack). Food and drinks beyond that are purchased directly from the venue.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can't make it? You're welcome to pass your ticket along to a friend, just let us know their name. All ticket sales are final, so we aren't able to offer refunds. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you'll get a full refund or credit, your choice.
Partner Venues
Our events happen at local restaurants, bars, and businesses we love. While you're there, you agree to follow the venue's rules and policies too. Alcohol is served and sold by the venue, not by Indy Mahj Club. If you drink, you must be 21 or older and please enjoy responsibly. We and our venue partners can ask anyone to leave who isn't following the rules.
Club Vibes & Conduct
We're here to play, laugh, and meet new people. Please treat fellow players, venue staff, and hosts with kindness and respect. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior isn't welcome, and we may remove anyone from an event or future events without a refund if needed.
Assumption of Risk
By attending, you take responsibility for your own safety and belongings. Indy Mahj Club isn't responsible for lost or damaged items, or for injuries or losses during events, except where required by law.
Photo & Video Release
We love capturing the fun at our tables! Photos and videos taken at our events may be used on our social media, website, email newsletters, flyers, and other promotional materials.
By attending an Indy Mahj Club event, you:
Give Indy Mahj Club permission to photograph and record you at the event
Allow us to use your image, likeness, and voice in our marketing and promotional content, without payment, now or in the future
Understand that photos may be edited, cropped, or shared alongside event details
Agree that these photos and videos belong to Indy Mahj Club
Prefer not to be photographed? No problem at all. Just let your host know when you check in [and grab a "no photos" sticker], and we'll do our best to keep you out of shots.
Want a photo taken down? Email us at indymahjclub@gmail.com with the image or post and we'll remove it from our accounts within a reasonable time. We can't pull content that's already been printed or shared by others.
We'll never tag you in a post without your okay. And if you snap your own pics, we'd love for you to tag @[handle] so we can celebrate with you!

We sometimes team up with brands we genuinely love, like mahjong set and accessory makers. Some links we share may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend things we use and love.
Our Content
Our name, logo, graphics, teaching materials, and content belong to Indy Mahj Club. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Indy Mahj Club isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages connected to our events, website, or social channels.
Your Info
We only use your contact info to manage your registration and, if you opt in, to send you event news. We don't sell your information.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted www.indymahjclub.com and joining future events means you accept the current terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
